Please send promo photos by June 1st, and it would help if you are able to send several to choose from - vertical, horizontal, etc. I'll be making the usual promotional video and I'll have to fit you all into the same format

CANCELLATION
If you can't make it for any reason, please notify me as soon as possible! You cannot text me at 253-858-2755 - it's a landline!
DANCER CHECK-IN
Please bring your music to the check-in tent at least an hour before your dance time. Earlier than an hour is even better! Let’s double-check that I have your intro at this point, too. ;)
MUSIC
The sound system is set up for both CD or MP3 player.
DVD
I will not be videotaping this time. You are free to videotape if you like at this outdoor event.
DRESSING ROOM
The administrative building on site.

WHAT TO BRING
Costume, makeup, props
Music—CD or MP3
Camp chair, blanket, or some other seating to watch the show
Picnic lunch, water
Footwear in case the stage surface is hot
Sunscreen, sunhat, etc
Cash if you plan to check out our vendors. Some take cards, some don’t.
Canopy for shade if you want. Just don’t block anyone else’s view.
